You may have your sights set on East Valley, Arizona, if you’re a homebuyer or investor, and for good reason. These three markets are deemed strong because from October to November of 2019, they did not have the price drops or percentage discounts that other markets experienced. In Gilbert, the drop from the asking price to the sale price was just 1.57% on average, making it a hot housing market not only in Phoenix but also in the nation as a whole.
