Travis Cadman is one of the directors of Investar USA. For over 30 years, he has been a committed investor in the United States and Canadian real estate. As one of the directors of Investar, he is immersed in various real estate ventures, including single family and multifamily construction, apartment acquisitions and management, and commercial property development and operations. 

Mr. Cadman has also worked in land banking and development as a real estate developer in Canada. Together with Ron Cadman, his co-director in Investar USA, Travis Cadman revitalizes multifamily communities throughout the southern United States. His decades of experience in a real estate holding multimillion-dollar commercial fund, single and multifamily development, mixed-use development, real estate management, and other income producing real estate opportunities serve as the cornerstone of his work in the industry.
